As we move forward and break free from this de facto government that has been using us like slaves since 1871 we will need to take back our finances they have been using. In order to do this we may need to authorize Power of Attorney to a trusted member of our family to help us move forward. This is the form that allows us to assign power of attorney to a family member or friend.
