Judges sign standing orders to invest all the court cases through the Court Trust Registry in the superior court.  (For your state, it might be Court Registry Investment System.). Every court case shall be assigned, by the court administrator, a U.S. Treasury Public Debt number, placed in the court document, including and not limited to, traffic citations after the unknowing participants in the case has received their copy of the same, but without the added monetary transformation of that instrument into a financial transaction, which is the definition of a securitization. All the court cases are directly deposited into the Federal Reserve Bank.
