The Affidavit Process

The affidavit process we use to file our claims is a 5-step process. In order to allow our Government Official an opportunity to stop working for the corrupt corporation, they are working for now and start working for the people, we are giving them an opportunity to take a new oath of office and obtain a surety bond that will protect the people of this land.

Since the beginning of time when people created governments the elected officials obtained a surety bond that protected the people who elected them. Today this is no longer the case. Many of our officials who hold office have no idea they need to hold this bond. Therefore, when we file our affidavit of truth, we are giving them the opportunity to purchase the bond that protects us.

the affidavit process flow chart

The affidavit process we are using is a simple process to file against any government elected or appointed official. We are all honorable, even if our governments are not these days. In this process, we will give each person a chance to take a new oath of office and honor their commitment to serve and protect us.

We are also asking the elected officials obtain the correct surety bond that will protect us if they fail to do their job. We learned that the governments have gone behind our backs and changed or rewritten the statues we put into place when we created these governments.

Therefore, we have an obligation to correct these issues before any further damage is caused. It is up to each one of us to stand up and speak out against what has happened. We have learned a valuable lesson in this fight. We fell asleep and we allowed our governments to slowly take over our great nation. Today we put a stop to this and take back our governments and our nation. We are a nation of proud mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts and uncles that stand together to fight as one against what has happened.

Step 1 - Affidavit of Truth

The first affidavit is called an “Affidavit of Truth”. In the affidavit we simply state the truth about what has happened over the past two years. We are asking for the elected members of each government body to supply us with a contract we signed allowing them to control our lives and order us around like slaves.

There is a cover letter to each person that the affidavit is served. In the cover letter we explain what has happened and what needs to be done to correct these issues.

We also have a new oath of office, which we have written asking each elected official to swear a new oath of office to the people of this great nation and obtain a new surety bond to protect us while they are holding office.

Step 2 - True Bill

After waiting 21-days for a response back from the person and we have not heard from them, we need to send them a second notice. The second notice is served with a letter to cure and a “True Bill in Commerce”. Governments only work in commerce therefore, we must bill them in the language they understand.

We are giving them 7 additional days to pay the claim or respond to our first notice we sent. The person still has the option to take the new oath of office and acquire a surety bond to cure this notice.

Step 3 - Final Notice

The final notice is a “Certificate of Default”. In commerce we need to offer a person three chances to cure or rebut our affidavit. This notice states that the person is giving 7 additional days to either rebut every fact in our original affidavit or we are entitled to a judgment as a matter of fact and law.

This is our last and final document and it is non-negotiable. The last document we send out is a notice to settle the full amount owed to us along with a cover letter to cure. We do state one last time what the claims are and we do allow them one final chance to dispute these claims before we create our final bill and file a judgment against the person.

Step 4- Notice to Pay 30, 60 & 90 day notices

If we have heard back from the person we will need to send him a commercial invoice to pay our bill. The first notice is sent out, allowing them 30-days to submit payment.

After the 30-days has expired, we send out a second commercial invoice which is our past due notice. This allows them 30-days to pay this invoice.

If the person still has not paid our commercial invoice we send out our final past due notice that allows them 30-days to pay the invoice. In commerce we are obligated to give them three chances to pay the invoice this is the same with the affidavit notices.

step 5 - File a lien

The person had over 120-days to respond to our affidavits and the commercial bills we sent. At this time we can go to the court and file a claim against the person.

Each state has its own laws and regulations for filing a claim. In some states you will need to receive a judgment from the courts before you can legally file a lien against this person for non-payment.

It is your responsibility to check with the courts in your state to see how to file the claim and lien against this person for payment.
